Setting the overall HR strategy for a fast growing company including employee recruiting, employee training, employee motivation and employee retention
Oversee, implement and monitor all HR policies and procedures.
Managing the recruiting process, including looking for candidates, interviewing candidates and making strategic recommendations for recruiting and organization development
Interact with universities, headhunters and other recruiting avenues to find good candidates
Develop and implement employee training policies and procedures
Oversee all career development initiatives for employees, including performance reviews
Provide input and direction to senior management relating to HR issues such as recruiting, motivation, training, etc..
Handle all HR related issues such as government compliance, personnel issues
Ensuring low employee turnover at the retail and corporate levels
Working with senior managers and retail managers in order to evaluate company hiring needs and make strategic recommendations
Oversee administrative functions of the company and office environment
Manage receptionist

Have five years of relevant experience with managing HR functions in China
Be knowledgeable of government regulations and creative thinker
Have excellent communications skills, be fluent in Chinese and English
Enjoy motivating others
Enjoy leading and creating standards
Be able to work independently and pro actively, also be a problem solver
Enjoy working with young talent and has a sharp eye for detail
